Rules of Etiquette and Protocol
This course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to recognize the principles of courtesy, etiquette, and protocol in social and professional life, and to explain and apply appropriate behaviors in personal image management, institutional representation, hierarchical relations, as well as written, oral, and online communication processes.
