Development of children's literature in the world and in Turkey. The importance of meeting qualified children's books in childhood and the function of children's literature in raising sensitive individuals who have acquired a reading culture. Features that should be found in printed and visual children's publications (design, content, educational). Examination of these features on selected examples from Turkish and world classics in children's literature. The negative effects of unqualified publications on the development of the child. The suitability of children's books for age groups and the relationship between children's books. Types of children's literature (poetry, epic, fairy tale, story, novel, nursery rhyme, riddle, etc.) characteristics and their contributions to the development of the child. Turkish language activities in pre-school education and the basic principles and points to be considered in the planning and implementation of these activities. Equipment features to be used during Turkish language activities. Methods and techniques used in the implementation of the event.
