CONSTITUTIONAL LAW - I
The aim of this course is to present the concepts such as the state, the basic characteristics of the state, political power, democracy, sovereignty, human rights, and to explain the structures and functioning of the legislative and executive organs in a comparative manner. In this course, the constitution and other legal norms within the framework of constitutional law by which organs and how they have a place in the hierarchy of norms will be emphasized. Thus, it is aimed that students learn constitutional concepts and gain the ability to interpret constitutional developments.
