CONSTITUTIONAL LAW - II
The aim of this course is to concretize the general information obtained in the course titled Constitutional Law 1 (General Principles of Constitutional Law) given in the previous semester, in connection with the Ottoman-Turkish Constitutions, with the emphasis on the constitutional order in force, and thus the students learn our constitutional order in relation to the historical development line, and they gain the ability to interpret the constitutional developments in the country.
