he primary objective of this course is to understand the causes of past accidents, analyze technical, operational, and human factors by learning from accidents, promote safety-focused thinking, and prepare for potential emergencies. To evaluate the duties, responsibilities, and decision-making processes of the cabin and flight crew in emergency situations through case studies. To examine the impact of communication errors, crew resource management (CRM), stress management, fatigue, and decision-making processes on accidents. To develop risk analysis and preventive approaches to prevent similar errors from recurring, and to evaluate the measures and procedures developed. To provide individuals with professional awareness who are knowledgeable, responsible, and able to respond appropriately in a crisis.
